The Clans of Scotland FoundationTrusteesThe Committee of Trustees will represent the Board of the Foundation. The Trustees shall establish a Constitution or Governing Document for the Clans Foundation based on discussions arising from this Discussion Paper. Day-to-day work will be done by the employees of The Clans Foundation; most of the core work will be undertaken by the Director, who will be both trustee and employee. Other managerial and financial business will be the responsibility of staff and trustees, who will be appointed by the board. Other special Trustee Appointments:
As well as the Director, Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, a variable number of other trustees may be appointed. Their posts might or might not have specific titles. These trustees will be chosen to fulfil the range of tasks needed. The trustees should be chosen to reflect a wide range of social backgrounds. All trustees will be expected to have:
